Reporting To: Senior Area Manager
This role will be supporting Maui Jim brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Performance: Achieve sales goals, support new collection launches, ensure brand presence in stores, maintain an adequate assortment and stock level, and adhere to selective distribution guidelines for product distribution.
- Client Relationship: Foster constructive relationships with the opticians and optical shop staff, serving as the main contact for client feedback and needs.
- In-Store Presence: Negotiate and enhance brand visibility in stores, ensure compliance with brand merchandising standards, and maintain the brand's retail image to uphold brand equity.
- Training: Conduct product, brand, and trade marketing training for trade partners.
- Reporting: Provide timely reports on store visits, customer feedback, competitors' activities, and product performance (best and worst sellers).
Requirements:
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
- Basic Knowledge in Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
- Willingness to travel around Singapore for customer visits with sunglasses samples several times a week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- English and Mandarin proficiency.
