A well-established and award-winning beauty and wellness spa in Singapore is looking for a dynamic, creative, digital media savvy Product Marketing Assistant Manager to expand the business with the launch of new skincare brand.
He/ She will be responsible for managing all the sales and marketing aspect of the business. He/ She should possess strong financial and analytical skills and equipped with good marketing knowledge and skills, specifically in digital marketing, to support business growth.
About Your Responsibilities
- Support in managing the product development and pipeline strategy for the skincare category.
- Assist in development of 3-year innovation strategy and 18-month detailed calendar including new product
- Responsible for extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Development of 360-degree launch plans and storytelling campaigns
- Reporting to GM, you will locally-execute in Singapore and be liaison for Indonesia and Myanmar team
FINANCIAL, FORECASTING, PRICING
- Work closely with GM and sales team to achieve sales target, and completion of necessary tracking and reports
- Work with Finance & GM to accurately project and maintain cost of goods from target costs to final costs
- Work with the GM and regional team to compile forecast offerings, sales forecasts, pricing analysis
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
- Collect and analyze sales & marketing trends, competitor analysis, to deliver reports to team and GM, with good recommendations
- Compile launch post-mortems
- Support in managing ad hoc business analysis requests as needed
MARKETING
- Develop 360-degree launch support plans and storytelling campaigns focused on the consumer journey that is digital, mobile, and social first
- Work with agencies to develop creative briefs for all programs and launches, including product and campaign copy
- Work with agencies on social ads, SEM, CRM & PR
- Develop and ensure all ATL & BTL collaterals, POSM are executed/ delivered in timely manner
REGIONAL LIAISON
- Cultivate close collaborative relationships with Regions (Indonesia, Myanmar)
- Responsible for providing all Regions with timely information on all calendarized programs
Experiences You Should Have
- Minimum 3+ years of related work experience
- Should be a self-starter with a keen ability to work on multiple projects, demonstrates ownership
- Must be highly detail oriented, proactive, strong follow through and ability to multi-task
- Must possess excellent communication, analytical, creative and computer skills
- Should be adaptable and have entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be an excellent team player; possessing the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationshipsand gain the respect of members of the cross-functional and affiliate teams
