Job Discription:
- Call to remind customers of over-due accounts on behalf of our clients from the Major Banks, Major Telcos and Commercial Clients
- Arrange payment and follow-up on the over-due account
- Update and maintain the credit collection system
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Commission-based and fixed salary positions available
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Degree / Diploma / A' / O' / or Nitec Certificates
- Good spoken English and good communication skills
- Energetic and self-driven
- Possess initiative, flexibility, resourcefulness and perseverance
- Enjoys working in a face-paced environment
- A team player who is able to work independently
