☑ Salary: Up to $2600 (Commensurate based on experiences)
Job Description:
- Recruitment and selection of staff
- Responsible for foreign workers’ work passes including new application and renewal of work permit, Spass & EP
- Payroll administrative support for outsource team
- Prepare HR related letters
- Review and implement HR policies
- Handle staff disciplinary issues
- General administrative duties for office up-keeping
- Handling of company insurance (e.g Workman Injury Compensation and other medical insurance)
- Maintain and keep good records of recruitment related documents, employee records and documentation for company matters
- Any other given assignment by superior
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Able to start immediately or on a short notice
- Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business-related courses
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR related field in a Generalist role
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge of Employment Act
- Able to perform payroll calculation
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with staff of all levels
- Positive work attitude and willing to take up additional responsibilities
- Team player
