HR & Admin Officer

Semiko Manpower Services Pte. Ltd.

☑ One year contract (renewable)
☑ Location: MacPherson (Next to MRT Station)
☑ Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
☑ Working Day: Mon - Fri
☑ Salary: Up to $2600 (Commensurate based on experiences)

Job Description:

  • Recruitment and selection of staff
  • Responsible for foreign workers’ work passes including new application and renewal of work permit, Spass & EP
  • Payroll administrative support for outsource team
  • Prepare HR related letters
  • Review and implement HR policies
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues
  • General administrative duties for office up-keeping
  • Handling of company insurance (e.g Workman Injury Compensation and other medical insurance)
  • Maintain and keep good records of recruitment related documents, employee records and documentation for company matters
  • Any other given assignment by superior

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Able to start immediately or on a short notice
  • Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business-related courses
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR related field in a Generalist role
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge of Employment Act
  • Able to perform payroll calculation
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with staff of all levels
  • Positive work attitude and willing to take up additional responsibilities
  • Team player
