Job Description:
· Assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and management tasks.
· Supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant staffs
· Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to maintain quality standards.
· Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
· Training new employees and providing ongoing coaching and development to existing staff.
· Enforcing health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards.
· Assisting with staff scheduling.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
· Organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Understanding of restaurant POS systems and basic computer skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent in hospitality management or a related field.
