Responsibilities:
- Ensure workplace safety and health compliance and prevent accidents.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing up-to-date standards.
- Develop HSE KPIs and analytical reports for safety data.
- Conduct investigations, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Collaborate with project leadership for consistent safety standards.
- Enforce safety standards according to regulations.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
- Register as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower for at least 5 years
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
- Preferably with FSM certification
- Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Workplace Safety & Health Management
