Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive plans and schedules for construction operations.
- Assign daily work tasks to workers, ensuring satisfactory completion.
- Coordinate and monitor on-site work progress, maintaining efficiency.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to ensure progress aligns with the schedule.
- Site supervision and able to coordinate well with maincontractors.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations, ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard.
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
