Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that will bolster brand visibility, promote product awareness, and ultimately drive sales growth for our beauty distribution channels. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing and other cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns, analyse market trends, and contribute to the overall success of the company's marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website, blogs, and product descriptions, to build brand identity and product awareness.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, curating content calendars, posting engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and leveraging social media analytics to optimize performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviour, and opportunities for market penetration.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in coordinating and executing product launches, ensuring all marketing collateral is prepared and delivered on time to maximize impact.
  • Influencer and Partner Collaborations: Identify, initiate, and maintain relationships with beauty influencers, bloggers, and potential brand partners to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyse marketing campaigns' performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts and achieve set KPIs.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and promotional activities to elevate brand presence within the beauty industry.
  • Collateral and Asset Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in brand representation.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency across various marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience with at least 5 years in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry or related field.
  • Strong passion for beauty and knowledge of beauty products and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive insights for data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
