About the Role
At Saison International, the People & Culture (P&C) team’s focus is on developing and bringing out the best in our people as we work together towards achieving organisational success.
We are looking for a driven and dedicated HR practitioner to join our global HR team and understand and partner the business, to effectively design and deliver relevant People & Culture policies and programs with clear metrics for success.
The ideal candidate will have 3 – 7 years of experience in a HR role, and is a curious, empathetic and resourceful team-player with strong communications and interpersonal skills. As a representative of our company’s culture, the candidate must have the maturity and sensitivity to handle confidential information with discretion, a passion for people development and cultivating a positive work environment.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs))
- Serve as the primary P&C point of contact for assigned businesses
- Manage talent acquisition and craft people plan for assigned businesses
- Participate in global or local P&C initiatives and projects
- Assist in the review of external vendors’ returns and statutory reporting requirements
- Perform any other related duty as assigned.

What You Will Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcomed to apply and will be offered Analyst position if successful.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
- Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Proven problem-solving skills, proactive approach and high energy level, and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to comprehend evolving business needs and objectives
- Exhibits a high degree of social sensitivity and cultural awareness in building successful relationships with employees at all levels and across geographies
- Demonstrated resourcefulness with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong integrity
- Excellent time management, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines
- Proficiency or interest in HRMS with the ability to quickly grasp business requirements and translate these into system requirements.
