Global Markets IT division in Singapore is looking for an experienced business analyst to join its derivatives development team to support the applications used by the bank’s treasury division, as well as initiatives in Data Centre/Application Migration

Key Responsibilities

• Apex Collateral-FIS product knowledge. Working knowledge for Margining Operation process, Risks and Regulatory Reportings
• Analyse user (front to back office) requirements and formulate functional and technical design documents.
• Co-ordinate with vendor on specifications, delivery testing, and implementation.
• Implementation of Project and CRs on Apex Collateral system
• Support of end to end testing for FO, BO, MO and downstream systems
• Work with internal Change Control Management for deployment of changes.
• Work with internal infrastructure and security teams on implementations.
• Prepare and track the outstanding issue list and communicate to key stakeholders.
• Deliver LCH solutions, XVA risks and Subsidiaries Centralize Operation

Key Requirements:

• More than 7 years working experience, with at least 5 years of project management /development/business analysis and projects/changes implementation experience in the financial industry, direct exposure treasury business is preferred.
• Project Management skills, functional domain, Vendor management, technical background and experience at least 2 SDLC full project life cycle.
• Manage end users in Business and Operations
• Plan and execute SIT, UAT and Production cutover.
• Work well with technical teams
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Willingness to learn and keep an open mind for any new systems come along
• Preference given to candidates with capital markets, Collateral management and vendor-based software implementation and system solutions delivery in a banking environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Some domain knowledge of Collateral management, Treasury products, Back-office processes, Trade Reconciliation, Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experiences in Migrating of applications from one platform to another.
• Experience in Algo FIS product, Apex Collateral system is an added advantages
• Windows, Java and Unix Batch Scripting
• Technical understanding of Java, Messaging Queue, SQL query, SWIFT MT, SFTP, Connect Direct, BMC monitoring tools and Aldon.
• Understanding of job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys
• Experiences in Excel macro development
