Responsibilities
We’re looking for a dedicated account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and new business development.
You will act as main point of contact for allocated clients.
Our ideal candidate should have passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Applicant should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets, invoicing and other organizational software.
The account manager must be able to clearly articulate capabilities and service value to customers.
The account manager will partner with recruitment team to manage successful sales pursuits.
Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Work with sales team to develop tactical plans and ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to existing and new clients
Skills, Experience & Qualification:
· Should have exposure in Account Management and staff augmentation / contractual IT staffing and IOT Services in APAC region.
· Minimum 3 years’ existing and new Business Development experience in IT staff augmentation (Professional Services) and Managed Services
· Minimum qualification: Graduate in any faculty
· Have track record of annual revenue of at least 1 Million SGD or higher
· Should have good experience in interacting with Clients as well as Sales and Recruitment teams
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
