The Role
Our regional manager/MD will be leading our Singapore team, who work with our clients to deliver work across the APAC region. You’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the Singapore management team to lead on delivering our current pipeline of work across our range of clients, and also you’ll be key in nurturing new and existing relationships to grow the business across the region.
Responsibilities
- Implementing our strategic vision for the business in the region
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
- Managing and motivating a talented to team
- Oversee all aspects of our work
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital, supply chain and technologies
- Work with the global team to share learnings and findings
Experience
- Extensive experience in the supply chain industry, prefer e-commerce (minimum 15 years)
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of professionals
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for innovation and creativity
