Position Summary
This position will support the management of foreign labour management and administrative matters.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage the application, renewal and cancellation of work passes for direct employees
- Assist in the management of subcontractors by:
- Monitoring their headcount & reporting
- Online application, renewal and issuance of work permit
- Linking & delinking of contractors
- Close monitoring of contractors’ mandatory payment like CPF and levy contributions
- Assist in the benefits administration of employees
- Assist in the organization and facilitation of events.
- Assist in claims from telco, hospitals, travel agencies and others
- Assist in travel bookings for employees on ad-hoc basis
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties to support the departments at yard as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years work experience in administration and HR fields. Entry level candidates will be considered
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
- Knowledge in work pass is an added advantage
