Job Description:
- Responsible for site management and coordination work
- Liaise with Client/Consultant/Designer/Sub-contractor
- Coordinate all sub-contractor/NSC works
- Attend site meeting/site walk
- Monitor work progress on site
- Independent and self-motivated
- Able to resolve site issues
- Project Management/Planning and cost control
- Update management on site progress
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma
- Possess good communication skill
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work at short notice
- Minimum with 5 years related work experience
- Well verse in Microsoft Words/Excel/Project
