You will be joining a leading UK based technology driven company.

The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of their Singapore, overseeing the local HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with global standards, and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.


Responsibilities:

HR Management:

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Coordinate training & development initiatives in line with global standards.
  • Handle employee relations and address grievances or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

Office Management:

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff.
  • Coordinate office space allocation, equipment procurement, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of office IT systems, liaising with the IT department as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets for the local office and monitor expenses.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with global HR and administrative teams to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve company objectives and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Represent the HR and administration department in leadership meetings at the local level.

Other Duties:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices.
  • Participate in special projects, HR initiatives, or committees as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's or relevant certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and office management roles.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and global HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
