Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, inspiring creative solutions, from broad concept development through to production and implementation.
- Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to business objectives and communications goals.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with colleagues and suppliers.
- Manage SJ Group’s corporate identity.
- Work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on a wide range of materials that include web pages, presentations, social media posts, videos, newsletters, brochures and marketing materials.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with cross-functional team members and partners to deliver successful outcomes, including project, timeline and budget management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest design techniques software to guide colleagues on creative direction.
Requirements
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in design, creativity, and aesthetic sense.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Proficient with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, MS Office. Good knowledge of video editing software and experience in creating short videos and website.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, conducive to working collaboratively and seeking feedback.
- Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
