Job responsibilities:
- Provide service and support for Vertical probe cards
- Liaise with customers and factory on the card issues
- Compile of investigation report/tracker/monthly report
- Support for DOE (design of experiment) or evaluations either by customer or company’s initiative
- Pin replacement onsite
- Station at client’s site
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Electronics/Mechatronics
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry
- Candidates with no experience can apply
- Possess basic electronics and troubleshooting skills
- Able to start within short notice
