Shipping Clerk
Location: Loyang
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.48pm (Lunch 12.30pm to 1.30pm)
Salary: $2,000
Responsibilities:
- Checking of customers PO, issue proforma invoices.
- Issue shipping orders (local as well as overseas), delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, export LC s’
- Issuing of CO, & etc if LC terms requires
- Liaising with forwarders for shipment and correspondence to customer if necessary
- Filing, achieving files if files are too bulky; maintenance of filing system.
- Answering phone calls, general administration & postage mailing
- Sales analysis reporting and other ad-hoc if requires by superior
- To backup department staff duty once department staff is on leave
Requirements:
- At least 1 year admin Experience, on job training provided
- Familiar with export shipping document will be an advantage
- Must support OT if requires
- Familiar with Microsoft Software
