Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the annual performance management and promotion cycle, systems administration and enhancement, and communications.
- Subject matter expert on performance management policies and processes for key stakeholders.
- Generate performance distribution reports, analytics and presentation materials to facilitate moderation sessions.
- Provide secretariat support for group-level moderation session.
- Conduct and validate job evaluation using Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation methodology for promotion cases.
- Partnering HR Technology team on system configuration and enhancements to performance management module.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Degree (in any discipline)
- At least 4-6 years HR experience preferably in the area of Compensation
- Meticulous and comfortable with handling large scale data sets using Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Familiar with SuccessFactor system (HR related module) will be an additional advantage
