· Position: Accounts Executive
· Location: Kallang
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
· Prepare & checking of vendor’s Invoices, DO, PO
· Transaction posting of supplier invoices and expenses
· Data entry of receipts
· Vendor creation and updating vendor master records
· Prepare financial reports and accounting statements for subsidiary
· Prepare & File Quarterly GST Reporting
· Prepare balance sheet schedules
· Compile and posting of daily sales reports
· Monitor and check petty cash claims
· Prepare month-end closing, budgeting & Costing forecast
· Provide assistance in year-end audits
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
· At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance
· Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
