Oo La Lab is a lifestyle fragrance brand that hosts workshops and events for our community.
We are seeking an energetic events executive who can work with minimal supervision, has an attention to detail and is naturally outgoing and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Help to coordinate, setup and execute events according to a high standard
- Handle customer communications including weekly workshop, event schedules and notices
- Ensure all event and production works requiring additional manpower adhere to timelines and project briefing particulars
- Responsible for replenishing or purchasing necessary equipment, materials and resources as required by the retail space or project
- Respond to incoming events/workshop inquiries via direct messages, walk-ins, calls or emails
- Manage the Project Calendar on workshop/event bookings to ensure efficiency
- Attend and handle all customer enquiries and feedback
- Support the sales and business development function of the business
Requirements:
- To have at least 1 year of experience in events or retail
- Must have strong presentation skills and a passion for perfume or beauty.
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadline with minimal supervision
- Possess positive and passionate working attitude
- Highly self motivated and a good team player
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Mandarin preferred in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and clients
- Social media experience or ability is a plus
Remuneration:
A market rate competitive salary will be offered as well as attractive sales commission and AWS
