Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to implement visually compelling user interfaces.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and development handover, while exploring sandbox environments for innovative ideas.
- Develop reusable UI components and contribute to the maintenance of a design system for efficient UI development.
- Ensure optimal user experiences across various devices through responsive design principles.
- Integrate APIs with backend developers across platforms.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to design guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in frontend engineering.
- Perform quality assurance and debugging on UI elements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX Engineering, Frontend Development, or UX Design with coding skills and a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in Git.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and collaboration with UX designers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Experience with UI testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, Cypress.
- Knowledge of other frontend frameworks/libraries such as Astro, Remix.js.
- Familiarity with design system documentation libraries like Storybook.
- Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration.
- Understanding of UX testing methodologies.
