JOB DESCRIPTION
- Designing for homes and commercials
- Able to work independent , Self-motivated & Creative and innovative
- Thinking out of box & able to provide creative solutions to all problems
- Balancing of Material & Costing to max end result
- Able to create & produce Space Planning with Visuals using 3D studio max & Autocad
- Liase with clients, contractors & in-house carpenters, need to do inspection regularly to ensure work in complete in order
- Track & Co-ordinate project progress
- At least 2 years of experience in either Commercial or Residential projects
- 6 days work week
- Need to do overtime as and when required
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
