· Position: Sales Executive
· Location: Paya Lebar
· Working hours: 5.5 days work week
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Commission + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
· Sells company products and services to meet sales objectives
· Provide price and delivery quotes to customers within tight deadline
· Manage the entire sales process
· Maintain a high level of Sales activity
· Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
· Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Possess 'N' Level or equivalent and 1 year of sales experience preferably
· Good understanding of the architecture and M&E consulting industries
· Prior experience in the water heater system industry would be an advantage
