JOB SCOPE:
- Effectively inform and educate our Guests about specific wellness concerns.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
- Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with
spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments and services, as well as programs available.
- Handle Guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by Guest.
- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.
- Proper care for equipments and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the time allocated for the service.
- Maintain positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and Spa’s policies.
- Attend and participate in the daily briefing and support training for the spa.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
- Ensure that brand standards and SOPs are consistently implemented.
