Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with the Asia change management program as a PM/BA (Project Manager/Business Analyst) by providing a Supplier resource to perform the Services detailed in items b to h of this clause 1.1, as directed and instructed by ING.
- b. Planning for, monitoring and managing change through formal change management processes and stakeholder relationship management including reporting on variances to the approved project baseline and managing the approval or mitigation of these as appropriate
- c. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- d. Perform requirements gathering and analysis including risks, control, security and impact assessment.
- e. Define project tasks and project plans. Track project deliverables. Manage and assess project risks and issues. Perform project reviews and present status reports.
- f. Manage and coordinate test cycle including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and aftercare management.
- g. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- h. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
INCUMBENT PROFILE
Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Min 5-8 years of experience in an international Wholesale Banking environment
- Good understanding of wholesale banking products, processes and technology solutions
- Good business analysis and project management experience and skillset
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
