Job Summary:
Support with the data management and data analytics deliverables for Project RESET population health study (data collection, data monitoring, multi-modal data integration, data curation, data analytics and AI).
Job Responsibilities
- Implementation of effective data management processes across the clinical, multi-Omics and wearables data in Project RESET’s hybrid AWS cloud environment.
- Develop data management strategies for digital health technologies, ensuring the collection, integration and analysis of high-quality and reliable data.
- Develop and implement proactive quality control audits/quality management plans across longitudinal visits to ensure data accuracy, completeness and proper usage of data management systems.
- Develop and implement data models to identify patterns, correlations and predictive insights to assess patient risk stratification and disease progression.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor/Master Degree in Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- Good programming skills (Python, R, PyTorch, High Performance Computing solutions).
- Experience with advanced computational methods such as deep learning and graph neural networks for population health analytics.
- Knowledge/experience on Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP) guidelines and research data management.
- Good team player and communication skills for collaborative research.
- 0 - 3 years’ experience.
