Working days: 5 days
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-530pm
Salary: $1800 - $2300
Location: Tuas South [Transport provided at Choa Chu Kang Mrt]
Responsibilities:
- Attend customer enquires through emails and phone calls with prompt reply/ acknowledgement back to customer.
- Enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and oversee the service situation.
- Manage customer service teams.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
