Responsibilities
- Engage service providers through proper approval system
- Lead and propose measures in compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health for vendors engaged in maintenance, cleaning and security works
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk ensuring that hygiene sanitizing standards are adhered
- Convene and attend all meetings of the Developer and / or MCST Council
- Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
- Manage complaints and ensure prompt responses to clients
- Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies
Requirements
- Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or its equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy
- Knowledge of BMSMA
- Candidates with experience in TOP projects will have an added advantage
