· Co-ordinates schedules including setting appointments, maintaining calendar of activities and events.
· Organizes and schedules meetings and conference calls
· Assist with creation/modifications of online postings, spreadsheets, and other various documents
· Handle all sales related enquires and documents.
· Providing buddy back-up support / covering duties to secretaries who are absent.
· Collating and filing expenses, receipts, invoices and other documents.
· Performs adhoc administrative support functions.
Any other miscellaneous task as assigned by manager when necessary.
