The resource(s) will be responsible in leading an offshore team in the support of business applications. The resource will provide operate support and vendor management to ensure applications are maintained to BAU service levels. Solutions/BAU fixes can be of functional to non-functional (security vulnerabilities or performance) nature to upkeep the application as part of supporting BAU and ongoing enhancements. Roles and Responsibilities
Business Application Operate Team Lead
As an Operate lead for a portfolio of business applications, you will be leading a small team and engaging with vendors to ensure applications are available to SLAs while ensuring that the platforms are maintained.
Responsibilities: •
Technical familiarity with the following platforms/ technologies:
- Web applications
- Adobe Experience Manager
- .NET
Provide technical leadership to a support team
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Engage with other specialist teams to drive outcomes
Engage vendors on functional and technical support
Lead technical design sessions to create solutions that align with business requirements and technical architecture.
Participate in reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of the solutions.
Years of experience
• >7 years
Requirements:
• AEM certification would be an asset
• Stay up to date with the applicable technologies to continuously improve solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
