Located at an International School, you will be handling daily operations and coordination for all relevant stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and other staffs. You will ensure the preparation and execution of bus routes are in a safe, efficient and reliable manner.
Responsibilites
- Working closely with the School Lead and Sector Lead to streamline and improve processes.
- Ensuring that our clients and customers are attended to professionally.
- Ensure that our clients and customers have their enquiries, issues or feedback addressed and resolved within a strict timeline.
- Understanding how the entire business works in all aspects, being operations, administrative, finance and logistically.
- Understanding how local and International schools function to aid our ability to value-add to them.
- Adhere strictly to deliverables and performance indicators.
- Assist and contribute in developing standard operating procedures and principles.
- Attend and assist in training that aims to improve our customers' experience meaningfully.
- Be proficient in handling or facilitating urgent communication exercises and conflict resolutions/de-escalations that involves thousands of individual customers (such as breach of privacy, safeguarding, accidents, etc).
- Assist in administrative work and documentation relevant for business continuity.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Position Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
