In this role, you will perform a series of end-to-end policy transaction requests across the Shield Policy Management Team. As part of this dynamic team, you will report to a Team Lead and ensure that all requests are addressed promptly to ensure timely and seamless customer experience.
Job Descriptions:
- Process Shield end to end policy transaction requests in accordance to guidelines, service standard and quality
- Perform policy assessment and judgment on Shield policy changes
- Follow up with customers on Shield transaction requests
- Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on Shield Policy Servicing matters
- Identify internal process improvement opportunities for improving efficiency and customer centricity
