Job Description:
- Supervise subcontractors’ works to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project.
- Monitor to ensure that utilities and M&E works executed are in accordance to statutory requirements, construction procedures and safe work practices.
- Liaise and coordinate between utilities agencies and construction team on excavation works, services diversion and reinstatement works near underground or utilities services.
- Work closely with utilities agencies to provide update of progress in construction site, utilities damages or unknown service.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or qualification accepted to the Commission of Building Control as eligible for application as Resident Engineer or Recognized Degree in relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 2 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity.
