About the Client:

About the Role:
- Accounts payable and payment processing.
- Data entry into SAP B1 accounting system.
- Review of staff claims in SAP Concur.
- Monthly closing of accounts for Affinity entities in the Asia Pacific region. Current scope includes offices in China, Korea, Australia, and Indonesia.
- Prepare monthly account schedules and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare GST and other tax returns for selected Asia Pacific offices.
- Liaise with team members in the Asia Pacific offices in China, Korea, Australia and Indonesia.
About the Requirements:
- University graduate in Accountancy or Finance or Business Management.
- Experience in fund administration, or audit within financial services or asset management would be a plus.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin, and able to read and write well.
- Proficient in Excel, experience with SAP B1 and Concur would be helpful.
- Must be diligent and careful.
- Be prepared to handle accounts payable, journal postings and balancing of accounts.
