Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the incumbent will be responsible to:-
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan in assigned market and achieve maximum profitability and revenue growth in line with the hotel’s business objectives;
- Assure new businesses for room sales while develop existing accounts to meet hotel’s revenue goals and objectives;
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up.
Requirements:
- The incumbent is expected to have a proven track record of at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry.
- You need to be energetic, proactive, result oriented, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You should also be adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
- You will possess superior negotiation skills and a Will-to-Win mindset. Knowledge of Opera System would be added advantage.
