About the Company
Our client is an enterprise-grade security SAAS product built to prevent drainer and theft attacks on Web3 wallets and smart contracts. They are focused on protecting the end-to-end Web3 transaction journey, especially for enterprises protecting their digital assets on the blockchain. Built on the defense-in-depth principle, they offer a multilayered set of security mechanisms, with built-in safety mechanisms designed to minimize the loss of user assets even under the worst-case circumstances (disclosure of the user’s private key, or a compromised insider within a trusted system).
As the Head of Global Operations, you will be the driving force behind enterprise adoption, partnership, and growth for our cutting-edge technology. This role demands an experienced professional with established industry connections, a comprehensive understanding of enterprise-level revenue models, and a passion for scaling the operational growth of SAAS products.
What you’ll be working on:
- Own the P&L of an early-stage enterprise security product.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure high-value enterprise contracts.
- Identify and cultivate key relationships with decision-makers in target industries and enterprises.
- Collaborate with the FailSafe team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Brainstorm and coordinate go-to-market strategies with the marketing team.
- Take ownership of the profitability of the cybersecurity product line.
- Implement effective pricing strategies and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Drive cost-efficiency measures to enhance overall profitability.
- Streamline internal processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless operations.
- Leverage existing industry connections and establish new ones to drive business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and build a strong industry presence.
What we are looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in the tech industry (Web3/Cybersecurity/SaaS), with a focus on B2B SaaS sales, P&L management, and operations.
- Proven track record of securing and managing enterprise-level sales.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong understanding of the B2C and B2B marketing landscapes, with experience in both segments.
- A cybersecurity background is an added advantage in the hiring process.
- Passion or curiosity for blockchain technology and the Web3 industry would be an advantage.
