Job Description & Requirements
- Execute product transfer to new facility and validate formulation, stability testing, validation development, process qualification, methods and procedures
- Setting up procedures and operation system to facilitate operation ‘automation’ and increase productivity and quality
- Oversee contract manufacturing formulation and product process design
- Develop existing product development and review, improve to acceptable internal and external quality standards in line with global good manufacturing, laboratory and other appropriate practices
- Engage external parties in new product development plan for Beacons and be the main coordinator for these activities to take place subject to Management’s approval
- Ensure timely initiation and the shortest possible development time in bringing the product to the market
- Involve in quality issues in line with regulatory and compliance issues
- Project Manager and or Champion of agreed tasks and responsibilities under R&D
- Assisting the team upon assigned new projects
- Train and groom existing team in the R&D Dept
- To carry out any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.
