Responsibilities: -
Prepare and review full set of accounts
Prepare financial statements and other management reports
Liase with external auditors, external tax agent, lawyers and company secretaries
Oversee monthly accounts closing and other accounts-related assignment
Prepare and consolidate inter-related and overseas companies accounts.
Prepare payroll, CPF, staff income tax, government claims, insurance.
Prepare quarterly GST & submission
Requirements: -
Diploma/Degree/ACCA holder
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting
Knowledge of Singapore Financial Standards FRS)
Mature, confident, organized and independent
(We provide company bus to and from Yew Tee MRT station to our office every morning and evening during working and after office hours)
