Our client is a Japanese company in the Food and Beverage Industry, they are actively looking for a Hospitality Trainer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Actively advocates for and educates employees on all available training programs
- Demonstrates leadership through exceptional guest hospitality, consistently delivering outstanding customer service, High standard etiquette, and fostering a positive guest experience
- Assists employees in identifying and adopting behaviours that enhance service excellence
- Guarantees that employees continually receive training to comprehend and meet guest expectations
- Utilizes efficient training techniques to ensure employees possess a deep understanding of guest satisfaction and can proficiently demonstrate guest service skills
- Maintains regular meetings with the training team to bolster training initiatives
- Observe the service conduct of employees and offer constructive feedback to individuals and/or their managers
- Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
- Integrates guest satisfaction as a key element in departmental meetings, emphasizing a commitment to continuous improvement
The Requirements:
- Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management, along with a minimum of 3 years of training experience in a global hospitality chain or as a cabin crew
- Capability to train and positively influence trainees
- Collaborative team member with robust business acumen, resourcefulness, and a focus on delivering results
- Flexible in adapting to a rapidly changing and dynamic work environment
- Demonstrate a keen understanding and sensitivity to cross-cultural dynamics, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and an international mindset to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse cultures and organizational levels
