Responsibilities:
- Define, gather and analyse, solution and document the business requiremnts and processes for clients
- Determine operational objectives after review design specifications and evaluate output requirements and formats
- Write functional specifications, use cases and requirements to improve on the necessary system changes by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Recommend controls by providing functional solutions to clients and the development team
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Understand strategic direction set by senior management
- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimation
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client
- Understand business requirements, distinguishing users’ requests from underlying true business needs and execute tasks that comply with current development standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of application testing experience, with project management experience
- Ability to execute application testing
- Experience with structured testing mythology (use of automation tools)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Discipline and meticulous in documentation
- Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Familiar with both procedural and object oriented design principles and an excellent understanding of software development practices and concepts
