Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute the strategic planning process and align goals and outcomes through strategy planning sessions, trend and impact analysis, to guide the annual multi-year workplans and budgets.
  • Undertake research to identify relevant global and regional trends, applying futures-thinking and systems view to current and emerging challenges to continually sharpen and update the Company’s Impact Strategy to remain relevant.
  • Engage, negotiate, and liaise with stakeholders within the wider ecosystem on the development and implementation of strategic and impact initiatives, including presentations and materials.
  • Support Board and management decision making as a bridge between the Management team, internal stakeholders, and colleagues, and to drive the agenda for Board and Management meetings.
  • Oversee the ongoing development of the Foundation’s impact and outcomes measurement, management, and impact narratives with the Programmes teams, including the management of external consultants and application of relevant frameworks, approaches and tools e.g. Theory-of-Change, logic model and indicators, with reference to UN Sustainable Development Goals, etc.
  • Frame the logic flow and use of data, technology, and visualisations, for reporting and analysis of impact and outcomes data, and work with internal technology team and external vendors to implement the data and tech process.
  • The Role includes but not limited to the above and will undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in any relevant discipline.
  • Relevant skills and experience in strategic planning and policy development, impact management, consultancy; possess excellent project management skills with good attention to detail balanced with timely execution.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, agile individuals who are adaptable to working in a dynamic environment, proven ability to present and communicate clearly to senior management.
  • Effective inter-personal and relationship skills, proven ability to manage multiple priorities and able to work with and across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, To Do etc.), Salesforce, and exposure to open-source visual software.
  • Relevant experience or interest with the philanthropy sector, corporate social responsibility, community and social development is favoured.
