You will support the development of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Supportive & Palliative Care Centre by coordinating the efforts of various departments across SingHealth. This includes providing administrative and secretariat support, collecting relevant data for registries and maintaining audit. You will report to the Centre Head on the Centre’s performance regularly and highlight operational issues, if any. In addition, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to facilitate and support the Centre’s clinical, educational and research activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in general discipline, preferably with experience in administration, operations or management support functions in a hospital setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player who is organized, responsible, takes initiatives and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
