Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase order placement to suppliers in a timely manner based on customer requirements and follow up with suppliers to ensure order are fulfilled on time
- Expedite deliveries with suppliers
- Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders on inventory availability, inventory pull in and out requests and order cancellation
- Generate report for expired, discontinued and excess inventory for write off
- Identify batch records discrepancies and coordinate data cleansing with quality team
- Support Senior supply chain specialist in generating, monitoring and analysis of KPIs
Requirements:
- Diploma in supply chain management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain such as managing purchase orders
- Experience in SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Team player and able to work independently
