Our client is a reputable automotive MNC with solid business operation across the globe. They are hiring a Finance Analyst/ Senior Finance Analyst to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a Profit Management framework for a Value Chain business.
- Collaborate with regional profit teams and counterparts to define the scope and requirements of profit management.
- Establish a clear connection between sales performance indicators and function-specific profit. Systemize target setting, data collection, and review processes.
- Analyze and evaluate target proposals, identify gaps or opportunities, and recommend target positions.
- Collaborate with counterparts to address identified gaps/opportunities.
- Provide assistance in visualizing sales and profit at different levels as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
- At least 2-5 years of experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders across functions
