Talent Acquisition Specialist - Banking
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talents
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various departments to understand their talent needs, job specifications, and the qualifications required for potential candidates.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques and channels, including social media, professional networks, and job fairs, to find qualified candidates.
4. Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit within the bank’s culture and values.
5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, develop interview questions, and select the best candidates for further evaluation.
6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to all applicants.
7. Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers, working closely with HR to ensure offers are competitive and in line with internal equity and market standards.
8. Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with HR to ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed.
9. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, keeping in touch with potential candidates through proactive engagement strategies.
10. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of banking industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
