ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of Business Analyst to join our Service Delivery Division. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Directors and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the qualities of a Lead BA who is savvy in providing technical solutions to our clients. You would also work closely with the client’s project development team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process improvements.
Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Braindge’s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Division Manager and carry out leading functions of the department.

Work as a Business Analyst (BA) that supports the business users at a Japanese bank.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a BA - Process Design
- Perform AsIs business analysis on corporate banking back-office operation in relation to ISO20022. (Generally, it will be ISO20022 related, however, there may be other related project, subjected to changes in the projects direction by the clients or our company.)
- Propose the ToBe operation.
- Engage with operation users, capture operation requirements accurately, comprehensively and without ambiguity, facilitate traceability and in harmony with existing system functionality.
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements, and to prepare detailed user stories/functional specification document for software product development.
- Be the bridge between end-user and technical team to close all the Gaps during all stakeholder liaisons.
- Prepare documentation in align to the project, Experience in writing functional and technical documentation is a must.
- Propose alternate solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions.
- Undertake a consultant role to operations, and to think out of the box to find new solutions to existing problems.
- Support operations in providing cost effective/practical solutions that meet client’s digital strategies.
Project Reporting
- Track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks and issues, and escalate to the project manager.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager and managements.
Basic Requirements
- Proven record of business analysis experience in system implementation projects in Banking domains.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO20022 payment standard and SWIFT messages.
- Minimum 5-6 year's experience in IT related project especially in ISO.
- Experience with application development/systems implementation, documentation, and improvement.
- Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing with good interpersonal skills.
- Degree IT or Computer Science (advantage).
- Strong IT skills and knowledge to grasp client’s business needs during appointment.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-national internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills to handle impromptu requests.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under stress.
