The Responsibilities
Project Management and Coordination
- Coordinate project deliveries by ensuring timelines, resources, and stakeholders are aligned
- Facilitate communication between different teams involved in IT initiatives, applications, and solutions
IT Risk Management Support
- Coordinate IT risk management activities across the organization
- Monitor and report software license inventory to ensure compliance
Backup and Recovery
- Monitoring & Reporting Software license Inventory
- Backup & Recovery monitoring & reporting
- Cybersecurity monitoring & training
The Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related or equivalent
- Min. 4-5 years of relevant work experience similar field
- Good knowledge with Cloud Computing, Process automation (RPA)
- ITIL certification will be added advantage
