Provide adequate, proficient and competent personnel at the site designated by Client within Singapore on Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 a.m. (0900 hours) to 6:00 p.m. (1800 hours) (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) to:
1. Provide relevant SME and expertise related to QA and Test Automation web-UI/API technology stacks
2. Support project in all activities relating to QA and Test Automation web-UI/API technology stacks, across all project stages (Dev, QA, Staging, Prod)
3. Response to escalated issues/errors reported, and apply necessary resolution, patching for bug fixes based on Client’s instructions
4. Perform weekly reporting to relevant leads
5. Have proper documentations on work done
6. Deploy codes and updates of configuration files or settings based on Client’s instructions
