· Position: Junior Indoor Sales Officer
· Location: Loyang Walk (company transport provided)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6.15pm) & once a month Saturday (9am - 12pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Daily Meals Provided + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Follow up on behalf of MD for new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads as provided by MD
· Handle potential customers' enquiries and gather feedbacks/comments on product samples and direct to relevant departments
· Generate sales report & quotations
· Co-ordinate and handle admin for specific export shipments
· Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Minimum Diploma, Food Science or related
At least 1 year of relevant experience
